If you ever happen to take a walk down the Kensington High street in London, you will the see the show room of London’s most iconic car manufacturer, The Bristol cars. They are the manufacturer of hand – built luxury cars which are being produced since the last 60years. Bristol Cars has no distributors or dealers and they have been directly dealing to its customers via its showroom which is in Kensington, London. The productions of Bristol cars are in extremely small number, which is estimated to be around 150 cars per year. These cars are of high quality and are designed to be reliable and for effective daily transportation.

Bavarian Motor Works: The Ultimate Motor Works

Bavarian Motor Works, or most commonly known as BMW, BEEMER or BEE-Em, is one of the world’s leading German automobile, motorcycle and engine manufacturing company. Their slogan “THE ULTIMATE DRIVING MACHINES” suites them well as they have been giving excellent service in performance as well as luxury cars .Founded in 1916, BMW owns and manufactures other major brand also like Rolls Royce Motor cars, and the MINI brand. Before World War I, BMW use to manufacture aircraft (engines) but was forced to cease production by the terms of the Versailles Armistice Treaty. The company then shifted to motorcycle production in 1923, which is now popularly known as BMW Motorrad, as the restrictions of the Versailles Armistice Treaty started to lift, and after production of BMW motorcycles, they began to manufacture BMW automobiles by the year 1928-1929.

An Extraordinary Make of Cars: Bitter Cars

In 1971, a German automobile company was launched by the name of BITTER. It was established in the town of Schwelm, Germany, by Eric Bitter who is a former race car driver. The Bitter automobile company manufactured cars for 16 years from 1973 to 1989. The Bitter Company mostly manufactured CD’s and SC’s in their 16 year run. Between 1973 and 1986 Bitter has sold about 395 CD’s and 488 SD’s on proven Russelheim platforms and running gear. Eric bitter produced several prototypes between 1987 and1997 but he could not raise sufficient finance to put them into production. Recently Bitter automobile company displayed a Holden Monoaro based CD2 at the 2003 Geneva Motor Show and in 2007 he came back the Bitter Vero, four door salon based on the Australian Holden Statesman.
