Mexican Chicken Soup Recipe

Mexican Chicken SoupMexican chicken soup is one of the delicious soups which go best with tortillas as they are the specialty of Mexico. Mexican chicken soup is a good appetizer and very easy to make.

Mexican food varies according to the region, because of local climate, geography and ethnic differences among the native inhabitants and also because these different populations were influenced by the Spaniards in varying degrees. The north side of Mexico is well known for its beef, goat and ostrich production and meat dishes, and basically in particular the well-known Arrachera cut.

Recently the other cuisines of the world have acquired most of the popularity in Mexico and thus adopted a Mexican fusion. For example, sushi in Mexico is very frequently made with help of variety of sauces which are based on mango or tamarind, and it is very repeatedly served with serrano-chili-blended soy sauce, or complimented with habanero and chipotle peppers which are very popular.

Chicken is considered to be the most common type of poultry on earth, and it is prepared as food in a wide and in different ways, varying by culture and region throughout the world.

If you see the edible components in chicken then typically, the muscle tissue that is breast, legs, thigh, etc, liver, heart, and gizzard are very processed for food. Chicken feet are most commonly eaten, especially in French and Chinese cuisine as they are very popular. Chicken wing refers to a serving of the wing sections of a chicken which is considered to be very delicious and with chicken the food becomes tastier.

Exotic parts like pygostyle that is chicken’s buttocks and testicles are commonly eaten in parts of East Asia and some parts of South East Asia. Chicken eggs are commonly eaten in all parts of world and it is said that it is very good for eyes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ pounds skinless that is boneless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • ½ cup finely chopped onions
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • 1 cup of water
  • 3 cans that is 14 ounce cans of chicken broth
  • 1 cup properly diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup of crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 peeled, pitted and diced avocado

METHOD:

STEP 1: Firstly preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and according to Celsius it is 175 degrees C.
STEP 2: Lay the chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and then sprinkle it with 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning mix.
STEP 3: Now bake it for 30 to 35 minutes and cool, shred or cut it into strips.
STEP 4: While the chicken is cooking continue heating the oil in a frying pan and then cook the onions and celery till they become very soft.
STEP 5: Stir the water and the chicken broth in the pan, keep it stirring continuously.
STEP 6: Season it with cumin, black pepper and remaining taco with seasoning mix. Now put it on Sim for round about 30 minutes for the flavors to mingle.
STEP 7: Now add the tomatoes, cilantro and chicken and put it on sim for approximately 5 more minutes.
STEP 8: Lastly Serve the hot topped with avocado, shredded cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
