Dips are generally considered as a thick mixture in which you can dip your food into before you eat. Every cuisine has a different way of making dips according to their dishes and their cooking styles. Generally Mexican cuisine is known for its various flavors, colorful presentations, and the wide variety of spices used. Thick dips are made from fresh creams, yogurt which is very different from the spreads. If spreads are thinned, they can used as dips. To make a Mexican Dip with Tomatoes, you would require:
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor. Process the mixture until the tomatoes are finely chopped. Chill for 2 hours or so. It is generally served with tortilla chips. The above proportion of ingredients will make you about 3 cups of the dip.

First, chop the green peppers and the jalapeno. Place it on a paper towel so that the water is absorbed. Then chop the tomatoes. Mix the cream cheese and the jalapeno dip. Then add the green pepper and jalapenos and mix thoroughly.
Then place a thin layer of the mix in a bowl and garnish it with cheese and tomatoes. Continue this process for the entire mix. This dip can be served with Tortilla chips!
Another instant recipe for a Mexican Dip with Tomatoes requires:
Place the cheese cubes in a cooker and heat it for about 1 hour. Stir occasionally. Add the tomatoes and the Taco and continue heating for at least 40-45 minutes. It can be served hot with corn chips or Tortilla chips!
