The proper recipe is elaborated below but for a brief you can make turkey soup by preparing a stock and add finely chopped carrots, onions, and celery in equal parts. Then add some parsley, some cloves of garlic plus some of the seasonings like poultry seasoning, sage, thyme, marjoram Cook it on sim until the vegetables are properly cooked. Accordingly you can add rice, noodles or even leftover mashed potatoes. To make it more nutritious one can add some chopped tomatoes with salt and pepper to taste. If you want to make it little spicier add tobasco sauce.
