Vector Motors

Vector Motors1971, a year when India was fighting the Bangladesh war, a youngster by the name of Gerald Wiegart, fresh from college teamed up with a man named Lee Brown to create a design house called Vehicle Design Force. The first car that they conceptualized and built was called The Vector. The first Vector was just a body without an engine. It was announced that the Wankel engine from the Mercedes-Benz C111 would be used in the car. Although the car appeared in Motor Trend after its debut, it was never seen on the roads since.

Aston Martin DB5

Aston Martin DB5Aston Martin is a name that does not really need an introduction as it has been known always for high performance sports cars over nine decades now. The Aston Martin DB5 was introduced in 1963 as an improved DB4. The DB stands for David Brown who headed Aston Martin from 1947-1972 and the DB series was in his honour.

Jaguar E–Type SeriesJaguar e-type had ranked first in the list of “100 most beautiful cars” of all time by daily telegraph in March 2008. Particularly a sports car – jaguar e type was a British automobile manufactured by jaguar between 1961 and 1974. It is also called as the jaguar XK-E in us. It has also ranked first in the list of ‘Top Sports Car of 1960’s’ in the Sports Car International Magazine in 2004.

In 1997 Ultima Sports was founded by Ted Marlow and basically Ultima manufactures the components to construct cars which are derived, as road going versions, from the Noble Motorsport Ltd and it originated as Ultima racing cars. They were designed by Lee Noble who quite famous now for the models which are produced by Noble Automotive Ltd.

It is basically built by Advanced Design Tramontana in Palau de Santa Eulalia, Girona, Spain (Catalonia). It is considered to be most expensive cars and the price of the car starts about €500,000. It was first launched as a concept at the 2005 Geneva Motor Show, and then it was modified for production.

Rochdale GTBetween 1948 and 1973 Rochdale Motor Panels and Engineering in Rochdale, that is Greater Manchester, England invented Rochdale cars which were mainly glass fiber bodied British sports cars. Their best invention was the Olympic coupé which was made between 1959 and 1973.
