Travelling is one of the most exciting hobbies one can ever pursue. It involves physical and mental labor. It is very necessary not to upset your biological clock while you travel. Make sure that you do not reduce the intake of water while you travel. Have proper meals and do not over eat just to reduce fatigue or tiredness of the journey. Take adequate breaks incase you are driving and do not over stress yourself. Eating less with short breaks is also advisable while travelling on road.
